Tinicum residents can only be signed in as guests on a Tinicum Day, Splash Party or birthday party.
Children under 13 years must pass a swim test to be unaccompanied by an adult.
Swim Test: 1 length of 25M without touching the wall and jump off the low dive
After 8pm, all children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
